LH4 | HAMMER

LH4 | HAMMER je profesionální lis určený pro lepení dřevěných hranolů, zejména hranolů pro dřevěné konstrukce do max. hloubky (šířky) 250 mm. Vyrábí se jako modulární konstrukce v délkách 3 metry (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 atd.). Na základě požadavků zákazníka může být i delší. Hlavní svařovaný rám je vybaven pevnými lisovacími jednotkami a pojízdnými předními přítlaky. Ovládání stroje se provádí z ovládacího panelu, kde lze také nastavit pracovní tlak.

Stroj lze upravit dle požadavků zákazníka.

2 | HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT


2.1 | CENTRAL PANEL | Each hydraulic cylinder has got its own stop ball valve, so it is possible to OPEN/CLOSE it separately. On the control panel there are CENTRAL stop ball valves for controlling the whole working zones. In standard machine has got 2 working zones in the length axis, but it can be divided for example to 6 working zones. Everything depends on customer requirements and needs in their production.




2.2 | WORKING ZONES DESCRIPTION | In the picture below you can see 12m long press. In standard press is divided into 2 central controlled zones 6m + 6m. You can glue full length 12m material or split the working area into 2 independent zones. Also each cylinder gas got own stop ball valve, so for example you can use only 4m in 1st zone and 3m in the 2nd zone if you want to glue shorter elements. By closing the unnecessary cylinders for gluing you speed up the cylinders ejection and save time. Front aligning beams are also controlled from central panel together and in addition each has got also stop ball valve, so you are controlling them the same like main horizontal cylinder. When loading/unloading material front alignin beams are slided to the parking stations on the left and right side to have an comfortable access to material.
