Engineered floor parquet dual channel press

LPQ

MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

LPQ is industrial press determined for gluing engineered flooring parquets. Machine consists of 2 glueing chambers and moveable glue sprader on the input. Glueing cycle is thanks to construction continuous. After pressurized chamber nr. 1 glue spreader moves on the second chamber. While workers are filling chamber nr. 2 material packet in the first chamber is pressurized and ready for next feeding. On the sides of the press there are dics conveyor tracks where the material is transported in front of the pressing chamber. Chamber is feeded from the side. Aligning of the layers is done by side moveable beams. When the packet in chamber is pressurized, all packet is lifted and it can be easily taked out from the machine.

  • Glueing cycle description

    +

Machine is designed for continuously working. On the input there is mobile glue sprader. After feed the 1st chamber, glue spreader moves and while 1st chamber is drying, operators are feeeding the 2nd chamber. When 2nd chamber is pressurized, material in the 1st chamber is dry and we can eject the packet out of the machine and fill the 1st chamber again. This saves the waiting time for curing when normal presses can not be use.

  • Glue spreader

    +

The glue spreader on input glue the bottom layer (plywood, etc.) and send them on the disc track to the operators whose are feeding the pressing chamber. See the video bellow:

  • Productivity graph

    +

This grap shows machine productivity with pressing time 20 minutes for 1 chamber and 10 minutes for 1 chamber feeding.
